The Verification Process
Use the steps below as a quick reference. For complete instructions, refer to the appropriate guide above.
1. Access the Intellicheck portal
Log in using the portal link and complete any required first-time setup.
2. Enter the transaction information
Provide the requested details for the transaction and the signing party.
3. Send the verification request
Send the secure verification link to the buyer, seller or other signing party.
4. Review the verification result
Check the completed result and confirm that the identity information is consistent with the transaction documents.
5. Contact Security Title when needed
Pause the transaction and contact Security Title if the result can’t be verified, information doesn’t match or anything raises concern
