The speakers for this webinar are Caroline Y. Lee-Ghostal and John Kosogof.
Caroline Y. Lee-Ghosal is a Director in the Real Estate and General Litigation and Trial Practice Groups at the law firm of Jackson & Campbell, P.C. in Washington, D.C. Caroline represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, involving real estate, land title issues, and complex commercial disputes. She also advises and represents lawyers in legal ethics, disciplinary, and professional liability matters. She previously acted as in-house counsel for a regional healthcare provider, where she advised the company on business, regulatory compliance, and labor and employment issues. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia, a senior judge of the Supreme Court of Maryland.
John joined Security Title in 2006, bringing with him 25 years of experience in various facets of the real estate industry, most of which has been working with title insurance underwriters and agents. John has served on the Board of Directors of RESPRO and was a member of its committee on RESPA reform. He has also been active with the Legislative Committee of the MLTA. John has testified on industry matters in front of the Maryland General Assembly and assisted in the presentation of testimony to the United States Congress.
