Revenue has been trending up in general over the last several quarters for the company, which is headquartered in Maryland. The latest period is the third consecutive quarter of record-breaking revenue for Security Title.
As a privately held entity, the company is pleased to announce a 75 percent spike in first quarter revenue compared to the same period last year. While that was impressive on its own, Brian N. Rogers, Security Title’s Senior Vice President, was quick to point out that the period from January through March 2021 was the fifth quarter in less than two years with record-breaking revenue. That’s a very good statistic for a company with almost 70 years of history and experience, no matter the current market conditions.

Revenue has been just one marker of accomplishment. According to the company, its Surplus as Regards Policyholders increased almost 60 percent during the last year, including by 10 percent in the first quarter. Company president Ted Rogers is excited by the strong first quarter but promises the entire Security Title team will continue to work hard alongside each other and its agents so this record success can be sustained.
