The Security Title Guarantee Corp. of Baltimore recently hired An-Shih Lee for its newly created position of chief technology officer (CTO), the company announced.
As CTO, Security Title said Lee will assist in defining how the company can best utilize technology to achieve its business objectives; research and implement available technologies in fulfillment of those objectives; and oversee digital marketing campaigns and educational webinars for its agents.
Lee most recently served as project manager at Knight Barry Title Group, where he oversaw the design and implementation of centralized title operations for its numerous branch offices.
While at Knight Barry, Lee also assisted in securing passage of Wisconsin’s remote online notary (RON) statute and led the implementation of remote notarization within the company when the COVID-19 pandemic struck.
Lee also has taught educational seminars for lending institutions, attorneys, title companies and Realtors on the subject of RON.
