Security Title’s Fall Seminar 2006 |

| We are pleased to announce that the tenth annual seminar for our
South Carolina Agents, Approved Attorneys and Staff will be held this year on
Friday, November 3rd at the Capital City Club in Columbia, South Carolina. Registration
will begin at 8:30 AM with the seminar commencing promptly at 9:00AM. |

| The seminar, including all materials, continental breakfast,
refreshment breaks and luncheon, will be offered to our agents and their employees at no cost. There
will be a $100.00 fee for non-agents. |
| |
| Please be advised that we have applied for five hours of continuing
legal education (4 hours of general and 1 hour of ethics) with the Commission on Continuing Legal
Education and Specialization. |

| Enclosed please find a copy of our seminar program agenda and
registration form. As you can see, our slate of speakers and topics will provide you with a wealth
of knowledge and information. Each presentation will be one hour in duration in order to meet South
Carolina’s educational credit requirements. |

| Due to limited seating, we urge you to make your reservations as
soon as possible. Remember that the registration deadline is Friday, October
20, 2006. We recommend that you fax your registration(s) utilizing the enclosed registration form
or the form available on our web site at www.eSecurityTitle.com.
