issues that pertain to the title insurance industry in general and to our agents
in particular. Topics of general interest will be open to review and contribution
by registered users (Members) and unregistered users (Guests) alike. Other topics
which are relevant only to agents of The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of
Baltimore’s (the Company) will be restricted to registered users. Registration
will be limited to active agents, certifying agents, and approved attorneys of
the Company. While the Company encourages open discussion, the following rules
and restrictions will be enforced to ensure and protect the quality of the forum

The following actions are prohibited and subject to the

the policies of this forum.
In the event of violation of any of the above prohibited activities,
the Company may take any combination of the following actions. Failure or delay in taking
any action will not constitute a waiver of its right to take such action in the future:
Send a written warning to the user who posted the message,
Remove the post or thread from the site,
Close a thread when the discussion seems to have gone off-topic with no likelihood of returning,
Prevent a Member or Guest from future posting, and
If the conduct would be a violation of ISP rules, report the activity to the appropriate ISP.
Content, including messages and entire threads, may be deleted
without prior notice by the administrator in order to maintain the proper operation of
the site and to remove information which is no longer relevant or correct.
Members are warned that they open links or URLs in posts at their
own risk, although the Company reserves the right to remove any post with a link that
would violate our policy.
The determination of whether a violation exists will be in the sole
