Insured Closing Letters

Agents in good-standing are able to generate and issue their own closing protection letters
through our on-line option, e-ICS. Just as importantly, though, this system allows our agents
to maintain a list of lenders with whom they frequently conduct business to easily generate
letters for each closing while also providing access to a list of all lenders in our system.
If your lender client has misplaced a letter previously issued on their behalf or if you are
uncertain if a letter has been issued, our easy-to-use search function will allow you to easily
search for and reissue letters. e-ICS, yet another way Security Title makes its agents’ lives
easier.
