and commercial transaction needs.
The transaction of business, management of workflow and the mode of delivery of the title
insurance product is changing at an accelerated pace. In order to stay
competitive in this environment we offer agents full administrative and technical support
as well as a wealth of title experience through our Corporate, Regional and State Counsel.
For your convenience, our entire administrative support staff is centralized at our
corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. Just one call to our "800" number
and you'll have our team of professionals available to respond to all your title needs.
We provide an array of services catered to your specific needs. Available options include
Policy Issuing Agent
relationships for individuals who have several years of real estate experience
and can reasonably expect to remit not less than $5,000 in annual premium to the company;
Certifying Agent
relationship for attorneys who wish to provide title insurance protection to their clients
but lack the experience of Policy Issuing Agents or do not meet our minimum production requirement and;
Approved Attorney
relationships for attorneys who have only occasional need to provide their residential homeowner
clients with such protection.
Although services provided vary depending on the type of agency relationship, our commitment
to providing exceptional service does not. From assistance in selecting office automation
products for improved office efficiency; to educational material and seminars designed to
expand the knowledge and professionalism of our representatives, or simply day-to-day
